**We are excited to be recruiting for Line Cooks at 3 of our amazing properties, Inn at the Forks, Norwood Hotel and Wyndham Garden Winnipeg Airport.**

**Positions we are recruiting for**:
Line Cooks (2+ Years of Culinary Experience)

**Duties**:
1. Maintain a high-quality product in a very fast-paced line cooking environment.

2. Preparation of produce and protein.

3. Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of equipment and food storage areas.

4. Proper rotation and storage of food and cleaning supplies

5. Open to learning new techniques and ideas. Also bring creativity to the kitchen.

**What you bring to the table**:
1. Direct Culinary experience in a fast-paced environment

2. A positive and hardworking attitude

3. Ability to effectively communicate with team members.

4. The ability to stay focused in a high volume, fast paced industry and ensure accuracy and procedures are followed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $14.50-$17.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 2 years (preferred)
