As a Sheeter Machine Operator at you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain sheeter machines, ensuring the efficient and precise cutting of paper rolls into sheets. You will work in a collaborative environment, upholding quality and safety standards to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation: Operate sheeter machines to accurately cut paper rolls into sheets according to production specifications.
Setup and Adjustment: Prepare the machine for operation, including configuring settings, loading paper rolls, and conducting equipment checks.
Quality Control: Monitor the quality of the cut sheets, ensuring they meet the company's quality standards, and promptly address any deviations.
Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshooting: Identify and address any operational issues or malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and best practices to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate production records, including machine performance, quality checks, and any issues encountered during operation.
Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members, including supervisors, technicians, and fellow operators, to achieve production goals and resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience operating sheeter machines or similar equipment in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform basic equipment maintenance.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining product quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to safety and the ability to follow safety protocols.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping purposes.
Willingness to work in shifts as needed.

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
