Job Description:
As a Tray Transformer Machine Operator at you will play a crucial role in our production process. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain tray transformer machines, ensuring the efficient and accurate conversion of raw paper materials into various paper product trays. You will be part of a dynamic team that works together to meet production targets while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation: Operate tray transformer machines to convert paper materials into trays according to production specifications.
Set-Up: Prepare the machine for operation, including adjusting settings, loading raw materials, and performing equipment checks.
Quality Control: Monitor the quality of produced trays, ensuring they meet the company's quality standards.
Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshooting: Identify and address any operational issues or malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and best practices to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate production records, including machine performance, quality checks, and any issues encountered during the operation.
Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members, including supervisors, technicians, and fellow operators, to achieve production goals and resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience operating tray transformer machines or similar equipment in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform basic equipment maintenance.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining product quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to safety and the ability to follow safety protocols.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping purposes.
Willingness to work in shifts as needed.

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour
