**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Operate and maintain all systems to a basic extent, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related infrastructure;
- Coordinate and supervise Trades and Contractors performing work on the Building;
- Manage security system, including programming/deactivating FOBs;
- Conduct daily visual inspections of the interior and exterior of the Property;
- Maintain cleanliness and order in all Common Areas, including garbage rooms, mechanical rooms, stairwells, and elevators;
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs to equipment, fixtures, lighting, doors, etc.;
- Manage all bookings of the Guest Suites and coordinate cleaning and payment;
- Monitor and report on all security issues and violations of the Corporation Bylaws;
- Support seasonal maintenance, such as heater cleaning, snow and ice removal, power sweeping, irrigation blowouts, etc.;
- Assist with move-in/move-outs, including installation of elevator pads;
- Maintain logs and documentation for inspections, maintenance, and incident reports where applicable;
- Monitor and maintain the recycling and garbage disposal system, including hauling bins to the surface parking lot for collection when scheduled;
- Attendance of Board Meetings to report on operations and areas of concern;
- Communicate professionally with Residents, Board Members, Management, and Contractors.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Previous experience in Property or Facilities Management is an asset but not requirement;
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems;
- Communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize efficiently, and work independently;
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks including lifting and hauling;
- Familiarity with security system and emergency protocols are an asset but not a requirement;
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain professionalism when faced with confrontation;
- Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle;
- Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) Coverage;
- Minimum of 2-Million Liability.

**COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
