**Duties**
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide project execution.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality control measures.
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for various phases of the project.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff and laborers on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including timelines, materials used, and labor hours.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes, construction estimating, and quality control practices.
- Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to understand complex schematics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
