Location: Foothills Industrial Park, Calgary SE
Type: Part Time Must be available (Monday-Friday/8am-4pm)

Expected Hours: 28-35 hrs weekly

Salary : $16.00-$18.00

Probation: 90 days

**Role Overview**

Key Responsibilities
- **Order Processing & Customer Support**:

- Cross-train in all warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, and packing orders.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders while actively listening to customer needs and providing a personalized service.
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Communicate proactively with customers and Sales Associates about order status, shortages, or potential delays, offering substitute products where necessary.
- **Warehouse & Inventory Management**:

- Picking, packing, and shipping orders quickly and accurately.
- Ensure proper inventory management, track product availability, and work with the purchasing team to monitor stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment by following best practices in inventory control and housekeeping.
- Use a first-in, first-out (FIFO) method for inventory rotation.
- _Deliver customer orders in company vehicle. Must have a minimum 10 years driver experience and a 5 year driver abstract. _
- **Customer Interaction & Relationship Building**:

- Develop a personalized rapport with customers to enhance their experience, ensuring that all interactions are positive and professional.
- Assist with product returns, credits, and resolving customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction with every interaction.
- Engage with various customer groups and Sales Associates to maximize the overall customer experience.
- Administrative & Operational Support:

- Provide necessary product information, such as nutritional content, inventory levels, and detailed descriptions, to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Handle basic troubleshooting for our internal systems and third-party platforms.
- Create shipping labels, process invoices, and manage basic accounting and reporting tasks.
- Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure orders are placed for next-day shipping and adhere to cut-off times.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience:

- 2+ years of work experience in customer service administraive roles, ideally in a warehouse, baking, pastry, or dessert-related field
- Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills & Abilities:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- 1-2 Years Experience : Proficient Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and WooCommerce (or similar platforms).
- Ability to type and talk simultaneously.
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as packing and unpacking orders.
- Personal Attributes:

- Empathy, integrity, and a genuine desire to provide superb customer service.
- CSA-approved safety shoes required for warehouse tasks.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 26 - 34 per week

Additional pay:
