Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associates receive and verify incoming shipping orders, stock shelves and pull and prepare HVAC/R equipment and components for shipment.

Under general supervision, the Warehouse Associate performs a variety of warehouse duties including receiving and verifying incoming shipments; pulling, verifying, packing, and shipping customer orders; stocking shelves with product, and material handling.

This associate may use an automated warehouse management system(Service Titan) and RF scanner for inventory control.

Is required to utilize power industrial trucks and equipment such as a forklift, order picker, reach truck etc., and always maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Warehouse Associates gain valuable knowledge and experience about the HVAC/R industry allowing for excellent upward mobility.

**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR HVAC WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE**
- Receives and loads HVAC equipment and systems
- Safely operates forklift as needed to load/unload products
- Ensures all items are received and stocked per procedure
- Assists with inventory count
- Maintains warehouse cleanliness and safety
- Maintains forklift by following required maintenance and safety protocol
- Wears proper PPE and uniform at all times during shift
- Other duties as assigned

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS FOR HVAC WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE**
- Two (2+) years of experience in the same or similar role desired
- Forklift experience
- Basic computer knowledge/ability to use tablet
- Driven to succeed and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks within given time constraints
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have great attention to detail
- Able to do moderate lifting (up to 100 pounds)
- Must have the ability to work overtime, evenings and weekends as needed
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Must be authorized to work in the Canada
- Must have a clean driving record

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
