**WHAT WE OFFER**:

Our Residential Plumbing Supervisor earns a competitive salary of **$80,000-$90,000.**

**STABLE, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE**

You'll typically work** Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM.**

**OUR IDEAL RESIDENTIAL NEW BUILD PLUMBING SUPERVISOR**:
We're looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

- **Journeyman Plumber certification**:

- Minimum **5+ years of residential plumbing experience**, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, residential construction methods, and applicable codes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract

And who can manage these responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day activities of plumbing crews on residential new build sites
- Coordinate and schedule manpower, equipment, and materials to meet project timelines
- Oversee installation of underground services, rough-ins, water lines, venting, and final fixtures
- Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and address deficiencies as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and construction drawings
- Liaise with site supervisors, homebuilders, inspectors, and project managers
- Provide on-site guidance and mentorship to apprentices and junior plumbers
- Track project progress, maintain documentation, and report updates to management
- Identify and resolve issues promptly to avoid project delays or cost overruns
- Promote a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
