**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fulfill a long term position our team. Position will lead to becoming Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.

**Duties**:

- Using Python and Fusion 360's API to manage an addon that allows for automatic toolpath generation of dental tooth models and related dental products.
- Troubleshoot and improve the toolpath generation for 5 Axis milling machines, and work on developing output for Swiss style lathe with integrated B axis, inside of Fusion 360.

**Experience**:

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement
- Some familiarity with Python coding language. Extensive understanding of the language is not a requirement.
- General understanding of CNC machining.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone with drive, determination and motivation. This will have a heavy apprenticeship component, so experience is not the most critical factor that we are looking for.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
