**Position Overview**
- Manage the execution of our product development and deliver the product roadmap and align key stakeholders on priorities, sequencing, delivery status and launch plans in close cooperation with the product manager.
- Manage development resources to ensure a delivery of the product in time and with the highest possible quality and stability by ensuring acceptance testing on new features, fixes and updates in close cooperation with our QA teams and their protocols.
- Help implementing the Agile development process working closely with Scrum Master and Product Owner for maintaining backlogs, defining user stories and ensuring deliveries in each sprint.
- Work closely with the quality assurance, product management & implementation teams to ensure that projects are delivered to quality standards.
- Design and support execution of product development based on the roadmap for existing products and Next Gen Cloud (Azure) SaaS offerings.
- Support bid and proposal activities of the company by contributing to the development of technical proposals, authoring key technical volumes of proposals, and assisting the business development team in win strategies and their execution.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure compliance with design and development process/standards.
- Mentor, coach, supervise, and be accountable for the technical activities of the team and manage their professional growth.
- Set individual goals and objectives for members of the team and conduct quarterly performance assessments.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate team hiring and technical onboarding for new hires.
- Manage dev support team (L3) with ensuring zero ticket breaches.
- Complete understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
**Required Skills**:
- Experience hiring and building team.
- Experience in delivering Enterprise cloud native solutions and hybrid (On-prem + Cloud) solutions.
- Experience managing migrations to Cloud (Preferably Azure).
- Should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience designing and developing apps on Microsoft Echo system -.Net Framework,.Net Core, C#, ASP.Net, MVC, ASP.Net Web API, SQL Server and Azure).
- Hands-on experience on any of the front-end framework, Angular or React.
- Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD strategies and execution.
- Experienced in managing teams in Agile Software Development.
- Experience with the Architectural frameworks -SOA, Microservices, Distributed Systems, MVC, MVVM
- Deep hands-on technical expertise in web and mobile technologies.
- Ability to follow through and complete overlapping projects while adhering to critical deadlines.
- Overall 10+ Years of Experience in Software Development.
- 3+ Year of Experience managing software development teams.
- Experienced Azure DevOps user
- Experienced MS Project user
- MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Systems.
