**What you will be doing**:
The Product Owner, reporting to a Product Manager, will work closely with a development team, representing stakeholders, and managing the cycle-by-cycle delivery of the roadmap by driving discovery and execution of the full team backlog. Your responsibilities include defining the features of new/modified offerings, prioritizing features, adjusting features and re-setting priorities as needed after each sprint/iteration, accepting or rejecting work results, and keeping the internal customers informed on status as well as gaining their feedback. The Product Owner is also responsible for working closely with Product Managers to ensure that product(s) vision, roadmap, artifacts, and backlog are all in alignment.

You will:

- provide direction and clarity to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
- work closely with Product Managers to build, prune, prioritize and maintain a groomed team backlog
- be responsible for developing work breakdown structures by creating epics, user stories, and defining and testing acceptance criteria
- You will drive the discovery and documentation of epics (feature/enabling functionality)
- actively participate in iteration planning, including the coordination of content and dependencies with other Product Owners
- play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
- participate in all Agile ceremonies, including but not limited to daily standup, planning, retrospective, show and tell
- prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog and perform just-in-time story elaboration
- work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases, and help roll out product features and/or capabilities that deliver the 360Insights vision
- build and maintain strong cross-functional working relationships and proactively manage stakeholders

**What you’ll** **bring**:

- 3-5 years experience as a Product Owner
- Experience working in an Agile organization (experience with SAFe is a plus)
- Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
- Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
- Proven ability to translate non-technical information into a technical level of detail that developers can work with.
- Experience working for a fast growth SaaS company a strong asset
- Excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills a must
- Strong time management and prioritization skills to realize maximum value
- Other personal attributes: ambitious, assertive, energetic, enthusiastic, confident, collaborative, optimistic, inquisitive, persuasive, and motivational
