The Human Resources Generalist Learning and Development position supports the creation and execution of all learning and development needs and goal, perform needs assessment and analyzing training effectiveness for the central office, call centre, and retail store locations. Additionally, this role will partner with Base Camp to ensure company process compliance. We are looking for someone that is passionate about delivering engaging participant centered learning along with creating a fun and energetic environment where our outfitters love to work.

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Design, deliver, and manage engaging participant-centered learning and development programs
- Collaborates with creative and expert resources and guides SME’s in order to design and develop training materials, curriculum and resources
- Partners with leaders to define learning objectives, curriculum, and resources
- Selects and executes the final delivery method of training, i.e. instructor led, eLearning, event-based modules, and blended modules
- Content development includes initial plan design as well as existing plan enhancement
- Performs needs assessments and analyzes training effectiveness
- Facilitates training as needed.
- Frequently communicates the progress of projects, processes, tools with stakeholders.
- Research and implement government grant training opportunities for corporate and retail positions.
- Partner with Base Camp for all company compliance processing ensuring timely updates of company handbooks and standard operating procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

**_ Experience and Qualification_**
- 3+ years with employee training and learning content development or HR
- Bachelor’s degree in Training/Learning & Development, Human Recourses or related field.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in learning and development.
- Have strong attention to detail, a self-starter with the ability to learn quickly
- Strong eye for visual and professional appeal, imparts creativity to build engaging courseware.
- Learning strategy development, curriculum, and instructional design (instructor-led and online) and facilitation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills: listening and communication
- Strong oral and written communication
- Microsoft Office proficiency, experience with Articulate 360, Adobe products and Workday preferred
