**About The Role**:
To drive activity to the Human Resources department in various activities, which will include, full cycle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, intranet maintenance, learning & development etc. This is a hybrid position based in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

**What You'll Be doing**:

- Responsible for onboarding, including letter of offer, drug screening, background check, new hire paperwork, and onboarding activities
- Responsible for the administration of readings and training documents in LMS system
- Responsible for offboarding, scheduling exit interviews, obtaining asset lists and finalizing employee departure, and advising payroll accordingly
- Maintains various HR and Quality related records, such as files, payroll reporting, HR payroll systems, service records, device records, etc.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of job descriptions and training requirements records (TRR)
- Will provide back-up support to the current payroll and benefits supervisor, and learn all aspects of payroll processing for both Canada and US
- Create or revise job descriptions as required
- Create or revise HR policies, forms procedures and release new documents following our quality document release procedures
- Assist with office related functions
- Other HR related duties as assigned

**Who We're Looking For**:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience with generalist HR knowledge for both Canada and the United States
- CPHR designation or working toward would be an asset
- Proficient with the use of ADP Workforce Now and Applicant Tracking Systems (JazzHR)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organization skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to act with integrity and professionalism
- Understand and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Strong computer skills (word, excel, power point, outlook)
