With the upcoming launch of ALBA LAB, we hope to inject a breath of fresh air into the Canadian branding & creative scene. This role works to provide consulting services to our clients and help them to pursue a better result. **What You’ll Do**: - Provide guidance and support to individuals in exploring career options, setting goals, and making informed decisions about their career paths. - Conduct client needs assessment, review client's skill level, educational background, and industry experience and determine how to align it best with our products - Serves as accountability and thought Career Consultant to clients, inspiring and empowering international students in job hunting and career development - Research different industries and job markets to promote valuable information for clients - Response to clients and job seeker needs to identify challenges and mitigate areas of struggle to develop cohesive and intentional action plans - Provide resources and guidance from industry overview, to interview preparation and our training program and development opportunity - Collaborate closely with recruiters to identify client requirements, maintain communication, and ensure appropriate resourcing for job openings. - Coordinate stakeholder involvement, manage selection documentation, and participate in various recruitment projects to enhance employer branding and contribute to a seamless recruitment process. **What You’ll Have**: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analysis, Engineering, Commerce, or related field. - Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English. - 0-3 years of experience in Career Consulting, Human Resources, Recruiting, or other related industry experience. - Must be fluent in using Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, and other job search boards. - A self-starter and able to work in a team; passionate about working in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment. - Negotiating / Listening / Identifying win-win solutions and having an entrepreneurial spirit. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Dental care - Extended health care - Vision care Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay Ability to commute/relocate: - Vancouver, BC V6C 1V4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Language**: - Mandarin (preferred) Work Location: In person
