We are currently recruiting for a **Warehouse Coordinator** for our Distribution Centre located in St. Andrew’s, MB.

Duties include:

- Receive customer order requests for product and prepare in a timely manner.
- Pick orders from inventory using the appropriate authorized picklist, pick ticket, order or invoice.
- Pack orders for shipment ensuring goods are secure to prevent damage in transit; complete and affix appropriate shipping documentation.
- Account for outgoing shipments by updating inventory in systems accordingly.
- Arrange for outgoing shipments using appropriate means of transportation in adherence with corporate logistics contracts.
- Track all incoming shipments using established tracking websites and internal systems. Enter all incoming shipments into system accordingly.
- Receive all incoming product following appropriate inventory control procedures.
- Report any damaged or missing product from incoming shipment to purchasing team.
- Ensure goods are bar-coded and put away in designated (bin located) stock locations.
- Partner with the Director of Supply Chain and Demond Planning Manager to optimize and improve techniques in the warehouse department, i.e. warehouse design & layout, response time, inventory control, receiving, packing, shipping, overtime, time management, technology upgrades, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.

Skills Required:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a warehouse role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) to forge strong relationships.
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent internal/external client orientation and good teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of inventory control measures and shipping and receiving procedures.
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines.
- Ability to operate a forklift
