**Title**:Warehouse Supervisor

**Location**: 55 Oakdale Avenue, St. Catharine’s

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday; 7am-4pm

**Pay**: $20-$24, dependent on experience

**Job Summary**: Reporting directly into the Spa Orders Coordinator, the Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for oversee all activities in the Oakdale warehouse location which its main activities include receiving and shipping spa and spa accessories.

**Job Duties**:

- Responsible for supervising all aspects of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods and materials. This involves managing the warehouse staff and overseeing their work to ensure that everything is running smoothly
- Double checking orders to be shipped
- Inventory management and ensuring that all inventory is properly accounted for and that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels. This involves conducting regular inventory checks, creating and maintaining inventory records, and making sure that the warehouse has sufficient space for all goods and materials
- Responsible for training, and leading the warehouse staff. Provide ongoing training and development to ensure that all employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
- Provide excellent customer service, which involves responding to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring that orders are shipped out on time, and maintaining a high level of communication with customers throughout the entire process

**Job Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- 1 - 3 years’ experience as a supervisor in warehouse capacity
- Valid Forklift certification
- Great attention to detail & organized
- Experience working in fast paced environments
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lifting, pulling & pushing over 45lbs
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Comfortable in warm and cool warehouse environments
