Our team is looking to fill the following position:
**REGIONAL EDUCATION & SALES SPECIALIST/TERRITORY MANAGER - WESTERN REGION**
**Your challenge**:
Training is an increasingly important lever for our company to achieve the ambitions of growth for our brands. The Retail Education and Sales Specialist will contribute to our success by ensuring the beauty Advisors in the drugstore, department and specialty store are properly trained, coached, and that they have the capabilities to sell our products and to offer an excellent and consistent consumer experience. In this context, we are looking for a specialist to implement the Education strategy by training, developing and coaching stores staff through in-class sessions, on the shop floor sessions and remote sessions, as well as to organize and execute store animations and special events. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to grow the territory, developing, and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers and managing sales processes of the assigned territory
**Main responsibilities**:
- Build and implement the annual Education strategy in collaboration with the regional sales manager within the assignment territory.
- Deliver in person and digital trainings across the region related to product knowledge, soft skills, sales techniques, and brands histories and values.
- Build special events strategy and perform events and animations in key stores.
- Track the Education budgets and report regularly to the manager.
- Organize operational logistics of training sessions (training calendar, hotel bookings, update the training data base, etc.).
- Motivate and support the staff to achieve successful results.
- Collaborate on other administrative tasks requested by the role.
- Track training results and share feedback with key internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationship with retailers.
- Meet/exceed monthly and annual sales objectives per assigned territory/accounts.
- Achieve 95%+ in sell in of promotions with a goal to maximize sell through.
- Manage call cycle effectively and efficiently.
- Present products and promotions to clients.
- Convey with our company values.
**Your Profil**

**Qualifications**:
- Ideally 3 years of previous experience in beauty category (Skincare, Fragrance and Make Up) in a retail sales and education specialist, trainer, or any other relevant position.
- Ability to travel +50% of the time across the region.
- A valid drivers license is mandatory as well as access to a vehicle.
**Skills and Attitudes**:
- Excellent Communication, Presentation & Public Speaking skills
- Strong Digital awareness & knowledge of MS Office
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or Trainer
- Ability to motivate, inspire and influence others
- Strong team work ethics and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Effective relationship management skills and openness to feedback
