**This position reports to**:
Purchasing Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for inventory control process - cycle/physical inventory count & helps drive inventory optimization
- Inventory Obsolescence
- Organize/store received material and ensure traceability in ERP system
- Overseeing the warehousing operations, and coordinate daily activities per production and customer delivery schedules
- Issue & Stage material for Production
- Performs detailed analysis for inventory turns and make recommendations
- Assist with Shipping & Receiving (including packing, picking, loading and dispatching)
- Obtain freight quotations
- Verify deliveries, inspect for damage, and receiving goods in ERP system
- Issue Non-conformance report for material
- Process returns for incorrect or unsatisfactory items and issue NCR’s
- Forklift operation
- Overhead crane operation

**Your background**:

- 5-10 years of experience in Warehouse management & Shipping / Receiving
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with electrical equipment manufacturing industry
- Knowledge for ERP system specifically SAP
- Practical Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard and Quality Management System.
- Familiar with Microsoft office including MS Outlook, Word, Excel. SAP preferred
- Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds on occasion
