**Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Delta, British Columbia. In this pivotal role, you will support our operations by ensuring efficient office management and contributing to our commitment to safety and excellence in service delivery.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily office operations and maintain organized filing systems.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support the team with clerical duties as needed.
- Coordinate schedules and manage correspondence effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols in all administrative processes.
- Other duties as required.
- **Qualifications**:
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous clerical or administrative experience is preferred.
