As an Inventory Planner at Kubik, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective use of beMatrix inventory. beMatrix is a modular structure designed for creating temporary constructions such as exhibits, event walls and pop-ups. The frames are light, reusable and recyclable.

Bonus points if you know beMatrix but a willingness to learn and understand all things “BeMatrix” and how the system works is key.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update the beMatrix inventory database.
- Implement and oversee asset tracking systems to monitor usage, location, and condition.
- Analyze system component requirements to proactively plan multiple show rollouts.
- Proactive planning out across several facilities to ensure “building blocks” are available when needed and minimizing internal facility cross-shipment costs
- Manage the storage, distribution, and return of inventory.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for timely and efficient asset transportation.
- Create and maintain inventory requirements based on show schedules.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient use of beMatrix inventory.
- Generate regular reports on inventory usage, availability, and condition.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all inventory-related activities.

**Status**: Full-Time; Salaried
**Hours**: Monday to Friday
7 am - 3 pm (extended hours may be required during busy season)

**Who we are looking for**:

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in inventory planning and management.
- Ability to work under tight timelines.
- Demonstrated experience planning on a macro level and executing on a micro level.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Understanding of beMatrix systems or willingness to learn.
