**Responsibilities**:
- Coordination of site set-up & prep, maintain tools database, material procurement and delivery, and client communications
- Effective communication with all stakeholders on project progress, escalating issues as needed to management.
- Maintain Site Office supplies; order and manage stock of supplies.
- Participate in Site Meetings and Health & Safety Meetings.
- Manage Site Access & ID Badges for site Team, including Site Orientation for new workers.
- Maintains all records of job status, manpower, material flow and other site activities as required
- Health & Safety documentation; PSAs, JHAs, Toolbox talks, weekly inspection reports and all incident documentation.
- Maintain and protect assigned Company assets
- Documenting site progress in an organized manner for internal records.
- Routinely walks job site to ensure quality installation of Company products
- Accurate documentation of POs, Packing Slips and Material Transfers etc.
- Attend site Pre-Functional/Functional Testing and Commissioning and administer signoffs.
- Compile materials for and attend Training and administer signoffs.
- Provides on-site administrative support for Project QAQC lead.
- Assist with site crews with extra labour when required
- Drive between various Major Infrastructure projects in the Lower Mainland

**Qualifications**:
- High school Diploma or GED
- 1 year Previous site coordination/management, administrative role, security integration or technical experience
- Valid driver's license with acceptable record
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
- Previous experience collecting and managing technical site documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills
- Must be able to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project software
- Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and work with multiple deadlines
