We have an opening for Shipping Team Lead at our Winnipeg Plumbing location.
**What you will do**:

- Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to employees in Shipping
- Lead by example, demonstrating excellence in customer service and cultivating an atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork
- Dispatch and coordinate delivery trucks in a timely manner
- Ensure safe work practices are used at all times in the warehouse
- Assist in training and coaching of the staff in Shipping
- Ensure company vehicles and equipment are properly maintained
- Organize and assist with the day-to-day activities of Shipping which include, checking incoming product for damage and initiating freight claims
- Ensure Shipping area is neat and organized
- Participate in inventory counts
- Perform other duties as assigned

**About you**:

- You have good communication and interpersonal skills
- You are an energetic, motivated, reliable team player
- You have a strong customer service background
- You have a good understanding of computers
- Previous warehouse and leadership experience is an asset
