As part of our commitment to a superior living experience, we are seeking a dedicated, professional **Property Caretaker** to join our team.

**Position Overview**:
The Live-In Caretaker is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents while also being the first point of contact for minor maintenance issues and building-related concerns. This role requires a trustworthy individual with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills who takes pride in keeping a property running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- General upkeep of common areas (lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, etc.)
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized work
- Monitor building security and report any safety concerns
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries and emergency issues
- Perform regular inspections of the building and grounds
- Manage waste and recycling disposal
- Assist with snow removal and seasonal exterior maintenance

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in building maintenance or as a residential caretaker
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must pass a background check and provide references
