**Business Development Associate**
The Business Development Associate is expected to perform a variety of duties that relate to client inquiries for services. They are expected to be responsible for providing the highest level of quality service to all clients and family members. This will be achieved by being responsive, a good listener, present, and empathetic to the caller. Also, they will work to develop a relationship with the caller on an ongoing basis by nurturing the relationship through making regular connections and providing resources that will support them. In addition, the Business Development Associate will work hand-in-hand with the Enterprise and franchise teams to ensure a positive, cohesive and supportive environment for all Key Players to ensure that the needs of the team are met.
**Qualifications**
- Successful completion of Secondary School Education
- Ability to demonstrate organizational skills
- Ability to demonstrate interpersonal skills in dealing with the public
- Drivers licence and reliable vehicle

- Adhere to all procedures, specifically Service Inquiries, Control of Service Provision, First Visit, Service Complaints, and Incident & Accidents, as mandated by our Quality Management System
- Ensure the needs of the client, family, employee, and company are consistently being met
- Take inquiries and ask questions to uncover the caller’s challenges, and support those challenges with our unique services.
- Ask for the business with the goal being to convert client inquires and nurturing calls into Care Consultations in the home.
- Ensure that all key indicators are met or exceeded including conversation, close, nurturing call volumes, conversion of clients from nurturing, sales, and maximization of client intake for government referrals.
- Will be accountable for being responsible to the inquiry, their family and the client care team.
- Coordinate all Care Consultations.
- Ensure client and Care Professionals satisfaction through compatibility surveys for clients.
- Build trust by complying to our Quality Management System.
- Demonstrate common sense in decision making while anticipating the consequences of decisions.
- Assist with community networking and marketing when required.
- Must be able to maintain highest level of confidentiality of information.
- Maintain accurate client and Care Professional records in WellSky and Salesforce.
- Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
- Aid various members of the team as needed
