**Job Description**:
We are currently looking for a permanent, full time Assistant Manager (Fitness Center) to join our team. It is 30 hours per week, $38.46/hr
Expected start date: As soon as possible
Work Location:3435 Kingsway, Vancouver, BC, Canada
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage programs and services
- Provide technical and professional advice
- Develop policies and procedures to implement programs
- Recruit professional coaches and athletes
- Organize and administer national and provincial programs (training, coaching or officiating)
- Manage the daily operations of a sport or recreational organization
- Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses

Position Requirements
- College Degree required
- Must be knowledgeable in Taekwondo
- Taekwondo Certificate is required
- More than 2 years of experience in Martial Arts center management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- CPR Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- Criminal Record since the center works with children

Additional Requirement:

- 3 Reference letters related to the field.
