In this role, you will oversee the daily activities of an operational department, with responsibilities including planning, coordination, staffing, job costing, administration, and team leadership. You will play a vital role in meeting the needs of internal and external customers; driving successful outcomes in every aspect of the department's work.

**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**
- Ability to lead department with up to 25 employees
- 2 years prior experience installing Aluminum products (Soffit, Fascia, Eavestrough) and Roofing Products (Shingles, Flashing, Underlayments)
- A Class 5 License
- Understanding of building systems and experience in the exteriors industry
- Previous experience scheduling and dispatching teams
- Recruitment, training, evaluations and discipline experience
- Job tracking, including costings, paperwork flow, and job site production.
- Ability to effectively and clearly communicate with employees, coworkers and customers

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Siding: 2 years (required)
- Supervising: 2 years (required)
