In this role, you will oversee the daily activities of an operational department, with responsibilities including planning, coordination, staffing, job costing, administration, and team leadership. You will play a vital role in meeting the needs of internal and external customers; driving successful outcomes in every aspect of the department's work.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

An exceptional candidate would have:

  • Ability to lead department with up to 25 employees
  • 2 years prior experience installing aluminum products (Soffit, fascia, eavestrough)or siding products (Vinyl,hardie,Engineered wood) or roofing products (Shingles, flashing, underlayments)
  • A Class 5 License
  • Understanding of building systems and experience in the exteriors industry
  • Previous experience scheduling and dispatching teams
  • Recruitment, training, evaluations and discipline experience
  • Job tracking, including costings, paperwork flow, and job site production.
  • Ability to effectively and clearly communicate with employees, coworkers and customers
  • Administrative experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook email

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
