**Min. Experience**:Minimum 3 years experience with CNC Operations and Setup and leadership experience.

**Work Hours**
- Monday - Thursday 4:00pm - 2:00am

**Overview**
As the **CNC Lead Hand**, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations in our CNC department. You’ll work closely with CNC operators to ensure production targets are met safely, efficiently, and with consistent quality. This is a hands-on role that combines leadership, technical support, and communication to keep production running smoothly.

**Responsibilities**
- Assign daily tasks and priorities to CNC operators based on the production schedule.
- Monitor progress and provide support to maintain workflow and minimize downtime.
- Assist with machine setups, tool changes, and basic program adjustments as needed.
- Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and company standards.
- Train and mentor CNC operators to improve skill levels and overall team performance.
- Communicate production updates and challenges to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized CNC department.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.

**Skills**
- Minimum 3-5 years of CNC machining experience.
- Strong understanding of CNC setups, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Previous experience with Vertical and Horizontal turning centres
- Previous experience with lathes
- Familiar with HAAS and Makino controllers.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and positive work environment.
