Signature Orthodontics is looking for a full-time passionate and energetic Records Technician to join our well-established practice in North Edmonton, AB.

**What you will be doing - key responsibilities**:

- Partner with our Treatment Coordinator(s) in successfully integrating new patients into the practice.
- Greet patients, tour them through the office, take panoramic x-rays and patient photographs.
- Upload orthodontic records.
- Introduce the patient to the Treatment Coordinator.
- Take ownership of the records room.
- Responsible for restocking and ensure the proper maintenance of all equipment.
- Ability to perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice.

**What you bring - qualifications**:

- Registered Dental Assistant certification is required.
- 1-3 years experience as an RDA within a dental/orthodontic setting is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community.
- Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.
