**Responsibilities of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Specialist at Responsive Group**
Reporting to the Vice President, Health Human Resources, this role will play a key role within the team in ensuring the HRIS system (UKG PRO) and associated operational systems meet our business and HHR needs, and have efficient processes while maintaining data integrity and compliance. The role will be immersed in supporting the employee life-cycle process. The interaction with stakeholders and understanding of strategies will have a direct impact on the operational efficiency of our Health Human Resources team and the employee experience. This role will also resolve system issues, provide guidance to end users, lead software implementation projects, and perform system enhancements, maintenance, testing, upgrades, and operational reporting.

- Champion and support a roadmap for UKG PRO optimization through collaboration with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Contribute to the planning, development, testing, and implementation of system enhancements and future needs
- Work in conjunction with team members, drive regular review, and support the implementation of HR system upgrades (including semi-annual releases) and patches when required
- Support the integration of the HRIS system with payroll/scheduling and BI systems
- Oversee all system upgrades and new modules in partnership with the HHR team and Information Technology (IT) department
- Promote and support User Acceptance testing
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop technology solutions that help to automate HR processes
- Evaluate data processing and implement the necessary processes and/or tools to establish/maintain data integrity
- Conduct regular audits of HRIS data. Scrub and harmonize any data inconsistencies
- Collect and analyze HR data, translating data into appropriate metrics. Prepare reports and support the uploading of HHR updates on the HHR business intelligence (BI) dashboards. Respond to ad hoc data and report requests
- Ensure all HR-related systems are compliant with data security and privacy requirements
- Perform other duties as required

- Bachelor's in human resources or information technology (IT), computer sciences or related fields
- 5+ years of demonstrated proficiency using HRIS systems experience
- Project management skills with experience implementing HR strategies, in addition to configuration and database management
- Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of UKG PRO
- Strong Business Intelligence reporting skills
- Participate in/lead projects focused on continuous improvement
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility with switching from project work to administrative tasks
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, including the aptitude and ability to accurately interpret large sets of numbers and data
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to cope with multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven and detail-oriented
- Ability to create system training materials and deliver training online and in person
- Proven success working under mínimal supervision
- Proficient with Google Suite or related software
