**Job Overview**:
As a HR Analyst, we are looking for someone with creative thinking, high energy and a laser-like attention to detail. We also seek someone with the ability and inclination to roll up his or her sleeves and do whatever it takes to get a job done. A self-starter with the ability to successfully manage multiple demands while continuing to be strategically focused.

**Reports To**:
HR Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead end to end recruitment process. Identify, recruit, and make hiring recommendations for all open positions. Screen, interview and test applicants.
- Conduct, document and analyze employee data from exit interviews, turnover statistics, absenteeism reports to identify trends and training needs
- Manage employee relations and represent in grievances, mediations, arbitrationsAdvise and assist management and employees on all matters related to HR policies, practices, programs and strategies
- Assist in salary, disciplinary, or other human resources related discussions in accordance with company rules and policies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Create employee programs and social events to foster a positive work environment for all employees
- Facilitate effective training, new hire orientation and development programs for employees
- Manage performance evaluation process**. **Assist managers and supervisors with performance management process, and other related management programs and initiatives.
- Create monthly FTE reports and HR policies in compliance to employment laws and regulations
- Assist in processing bi-weekly payroll for all employees, and payroll audits
- Manage and administer the benefit programs offered
- Launch and lead our Health & Safety Committee, ensuring a safe and comfortable workplace
- Other adhoc HR initiatives and projects

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, plus 1-2 years of related experience
- Professional HR designation (CHRP) preferred
- Team player, strong partnership, stakeholder management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact with employees, vendors, and management
- Knowledge of Ceridian Powerpay or other payroll systems
