Are you an expert educator specializing in high-stakes English and French language proficiency exams? We are seeking a highly experienced and results-focused Exam Preparation Instructor to coach students aiming for academic success, professional certification, or immigration goals.

This critical role requires verifiable expertise in English and French language assessments.

**The Role**:Specialist in Language Proficiency Exams

You will be responsible for providing expert instruction, sophisticated strategy coaching, and personalized feedback to help students achieve their target scores on the following proficiency tests:

- IELTS (International English Language Testing System)
- CELPIP (Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program)
- TEF (Test d'évaluation du français)
- TCF (Test de connaissance du français)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Instruction & Delivery: Conduct engaging and targeted lessons focused on the specific format, question types, and scoring criteria (including CLB/NCLC equivalents) for all four exams.
- Strategy Coaching: Provide advanced instruction in test-taking skills, time management, and the unique demands of each section (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking) across both languages.
- Curriculum Management: Utilize, adapt, or develop high-quality materials that reflect current official exam specifications for all listed tests.
- Assessment & Feedback: Administer and score practice tests accurately, providing detailed, constructive feedback tailored to the individual student's needs and target scores.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of verifiable teaching experience focused specifically on preparing students for major standardized language proficiency exams.
- Bilingual Proficiency (Asset):

- Native or Near-Native Proficiency in English is essential, with demonstrated expertise in teaching and coaching IELTS and CELPIP.
- Native or Near-Native Proficiency in French is essential, with demonstrated expertise in teaching and coaching TEF and TCF.
- Expert Exam Knowledge: Deep and current familiarity with the structure, content, and scoring rubrics for all four required exams (IELTS, CELPIP, TEF, TCF).
- Results-Oriented: A proven, demonstrable track record of helping students achieve specific high-level target scores for academic or immigration purposes.
- Proven student track record in exam success are highly valued.
