**Position Overview**:
GroupM Canada is looking for an Intern, to work alongside the Client Finance Analyst within the Client Finance team.

In this paid internship position, you will be responsible for assisting as a point of contact for client matters and will help to effectively communicate clients’ billing needs while assisting the team in managing all touchpoint relationships.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Transmit invoices to clients: forward invoices (via platform, pdf or hard copy) based on individual client requirements
- Assist in preparing necessary documents to accompany billings (ie. registers, statements of account)
- Run specific billing-related reports as needed by client agencies
- Other duties as required
- Upload budgets and forecast into consolidation software
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Reconcile past months activities to ensure ending balances are correct
- Request client and vendor code set ups
- Resolve discrepancies, which includes issuing credits and revision billings
- Prepare journals for Ad Ops billings and accruals

**What you bring**:

- Must demonstrate excellent written and spoken communication
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills (including knowledge of pivot tables) is an asset
- Currently enrolled in a program that requires a coop or internship for graduation
