We are seeking an **Inside Sales Representative **for **GF Piping Systems Canada's Vaughan, ON location.**

The person who fills this position may work at our Coteau-du-Lac, Quebec site or our Vaughan, Ontario site.

**Summary**:
Reporting to the Director of Customer Service at Vaughan, the **Inside Sales Representative **will be responsible to respond to the customers’ needs whether it is to provide technical information, product submittals, quotations and processing customer purchase orders. This person shall be a key contributor to the company and strong client retention.

**Tasks**:

- Building relationships with customers by proactively following up on their satisfaction with company services and addressing inquiries and concerns.
- As the customer’s main point of contact with the company, be responsible for relaying information and coordinating with internal teams to solve issues.
- Beyond updating customers about ongoing requests, ensure that these requests are implemented on time. Depending on the industry, may handle logistics, such as filing purchases and tracking shipments, or work with other employees to ensure quick delivery of services
- Answer to customers’ needs whether it is to provide technical information, product submittals, quotations and processing of purchase orders.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and action accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 4 years of related experience.
- Proven inside sales experience in an environment that had to provide technical service;
- Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Excel would be an asset.
- Data entry skills and attention to detail are also important.
- Will have to show very good communications skills who adapt to the changing needs of customers and provide creative solutions to complaints and concerns.
- English required and basic French an asset.
