**Responsibilities in the role of Automotive Sales Manager**:

- Attract, develop, maintain and retain premium employees for the dealership.
- Create an exceptional customer experience to drive customer loyalty.
- Supervise and monitor the sales department and staff.
- Set a clear vision and individual goals for your staff to achieve targets.
- Facilitate regular sales training for continue team growth
- Ensure high standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers
- Ensure that sales representatives understand and follow dealership policies at all times
- Create and implement new marketing strategies for continued growth

**Requirements**:

- At least 3-7 years experience working in the automotive industry preferably with sales management skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills and the ability to understand profit and loss statements.
- Experience with new and used car sales purchasing, merchandising and marketing
- Knowledge of the latest trends in the automotive industry
- Experience in showroom and internet traffic, SEO and SEM, direct mail and other traditional media
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong understanding of inventory control in an automotive environment
- Professionalism is required for the position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
