**Key Responsibilities**:
**HubSpot CRM Management**:
- Configure and maintain the HubSpot CRM system to meet the organization's specific needs.
- Create and manage custom objects, properties, and workflows within the CRM.
- Ensure data integrity and cleanliness by regularly auditing and cleaning the database.
**Integration and Automation**:
**Lead and Contact Management**:
- Manage and segment leads and contacts within the CRM to support targeted marketing campaigns and sales efforts.
- Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to move leads through the sales funnel.
**Sales Support**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that they have the tools and data they need to effectively manage leads, opportunities, and accounts.
- Implement sales dashboards and reporting for performance tracking.
**Marketing Integration**:
- Work with the marketing team to ensure that the CRM is effectively integrated with marketing efforts, including tracking website activity and campaign performance.
- Monitor the quality and performance of marketing-generated leads.
**Reporting and Analytics**:
- Generate and analyze CRM data and reporting to provide insights into customer behavior, lead conversion, and pipeline performance.
- Use data to make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
**User Training and Support**:
- Train and support CRM users on how to effectively utilize the HubSpot CRM.
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support to users as needed.
**Security and Compliance**:
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
- Implement access controls and data encryption where necessary.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience with CRM systems, with expertise in HubSpot CRM.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of CRM data structure and custom objects.
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
**Preferred Skills**:
- HubSpot CRM certification.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
