**Job Description: Project Manager - Sales Team**

**Reports to**: CEO

General Aims/Summary

Legend, a leader in innovative interior protection products for cargo vans across Canada, the USA, and the UK/Europe, is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead our Sales Team.

As we continue to grow, we need a skilled professional to coordinate the work of the sales team by prioritizing and following up on specific deals and projects.

Key Objectives of this Role
- **Coordinate Sales Team Activities**: Prioritize and follow up on specific deals and projects to ensure timely execution.
- Relentless follow-up internally with teams like engineering, marketing and inside sales to ensure deals and projects are moving forward.
- **Regular Meetings**: Conduct meetings with sales representatives several times each week to monitor progress and address challenges.
- **Manage Sales Pipeline**: Utilize CRM (HubSpot) to optimize the sales pipeline and track leads effectively.
- **Develop Project Schedules**: Create and maintain schedules for sales initiatives and customer engagements.
- **Timely Follow-ups**: Ensure consistent communication with clients and timely follow-ups on leads.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze sales data and prepare reports for the CEO to inform strategic decision-making.
- Continual analysis using HubSpot and PowerBI to analyze data and trends in order to make data driven decisions
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work with other departments to align sales projects with overall company objectives.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a sales-oriented environment.
- Professional certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with a focus on project management.
- Familiarity with sales processes and CRM (HubSpot).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Conditions of Employment
- Full-time position based at our Tillsonburg, ON office.
- Must adhere to and support all company policies and safety regulations.
- Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30 AM to 4:45 PM and Friday 6:30 AM to 3:45 PM.

Pay Range

$65,000 - $90,000 CDN per year, commensurate with experience.
