If you are a **Quality Control Inspector & Calibration Technician **andwant to showcase your talent and be a team player within the Basin organization with room for growth, **we are looking for you**

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for all calibration, inspection, testing, maintenance and repair of instruments, gauges and other testing and measuring equipment. The goal is to ensure the accuracy and precision of the measurements taken using this equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Other duties include but are not limited to:

- NCR creation and investigation.
- Create, validate, maintain, and execute calibration procedures for instruments and equipment to industry standards.
- Develop specialized inspection processes for non-standard evaluation needs.
- Lead improvements and work with co-workers to create and qualify robust inspection processes.
- Assist with QC inspections on purchased and manufactured parts.
- Troubleshoot inspection problems related to fixtures, drawings, paperwork, or processes.
- Prepare and maintain inspection records.

**Qualifications and Educational Requirements**
- Experience and competency with calibrations using calibration software including MicTrac.
- Advanced analytical and accuracy skills.
- Experience working with API and ISO standards.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Quality Inspections/Calibrations.
- Experience in development of inspection processes for Downhole Tool Equipment.
- MS office experience including Outlook.
- Good data entry skills.
- Strong understanding of industry code inspection techniques and statistical methods.
