Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

Job Summary:

Midwest Structural Ltd is seeking a meticulous Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality standards through thorough inspection and testing processes. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of quality assurance principles.

Duties:

- Conduct thorough quality inspections on incoming materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.

- Utilize QA/QC techniques to analyze product specifications and performance.

- Implement quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards of production.

- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and provide feedback for improvement.

- Perform fabricate inspections using calipers and other measuring tools.

- Maintain accurate records of quality inspection results and data collection.

- Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems.

- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance overall product quality.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Quality Control or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes.

- Proficiency in conducting quality inspections and utilizing measuring.

- Familiarity with data collection and analysis techniques.

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify deviations from quality standards.

- Certification in QA/QC or related fields is a plus.
