You will help decarbonize the economy as part of an agile team that deploys, supports, and improves management systems for major corporate and public institutions throughout North America.

We have openings in junior, intermediate, and senior positions.

**Responsibilities**
- Deploy, configure, and update software in the cloud.
- Diagnose and resolve simple and complex technical problems.
- Provide technical support to system users.
- Analyze incidents and provide input for continuous system and process improvement.
- Train system users.

**Requirements**:

- You are fluent in French and English.
- You have a client-oriented mindset.
- You have a technical college diploma and/or experience in supporting computerized systems in a networked environment.
- You have enthusiasm and a genuine interest in high technology.
- You can work alone or in a team.
- You are autonomous, self-organizing to get things done with mínimal supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
