**We are looking for an Inside Sales - Proposals Specialist - Edmonton**

Reporting to the Team Lead of Customer Experience Department, this unique opportunity allows you to be involved in the continued growth and success of SFC Energy Ltd.

As a Proposals Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the sales process for our EFOY fuel cell solutions, with a focus on preparing accurate, high-quality proposals. You’ll collaborate with teams in Calgary and Germany to evaluate customer requirements, identify new business opportunities, and ensure a smooth experience from initial inquiry to order fulfillment.

**What Do We Expect?**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Technology Certification (Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics)
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant industry experience (preferably in technical sales, proposals, or customer solutions roles)
- Language Skills: Bilingual in English and French is considered a strong asset
- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or other CRM platforms
- Soft Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service orientation
- Self-motivated team player with an entrepreneurial mindset

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
As a member of the Customer Experience Team, your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including colleagues in Calgary and at our German headquarters, to support and grow both new and existing business opportunities.
- Analyzing and reviewing customer Requests for Quotation (RFQs) with close attention to detail to ensure all technical, commercial, and contractual requirements are addressed.
- Preparing accurate, high-quality proposals and quotations that reflect customer specifications and company offerings.
- Maintaining clear and proactive communication with customers throughout the quotation and order process, ensuring expectations are met and inquiries are resolved promptly.
- Processing and managing customer sales orders from receipt to handoff, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with internal processes.
- Utilizing CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track proposal activity, update opportunity pipelines, and monitor success metrics.
- Supporting the development of internal templates, tools, and documentation to enhance proposal quality and consistency.
- Staying informed on product developments, pricing strategies, and market trends to ensure proposal relevance and competitiveness.
