**Job Duties**
- Develops, plans and executes the digital marketing material, including Ads, promotions and so on, for our two e-commerce websites - Movri.ca which specialises in Rental Video equipment as well as Proaim.ca which specialises in Sale of Video Equipment
- Develop the strategies for the digital marketing campaigns in alignment with the ongoing market trends and patterns. Oversees the marketing campaigns for its activeness on website regularly and is also responsible for creating/editing the marketing/communication content.
- Generate and analyse the reports after marketing campaigns has run for future advancements/improvisations and is responsible for submitting/discussing recommendations with the management periodically.
- Maintains social media platforms as well as company’s website for customer queries (and reviews/feedback) including queries related to online orders.
- Responsible for the e-commerce platforms and helping customers troubleshoot while online orders’ placement: for example
- Organize the meetings with teammates including Senior Management to develop and amend the advertisement materials and at the same time keeping the cost-effectiveness of the Ads in mind to optimize business revenue.
- Recommending and upon approval executing Seasonal promotions such as Black Friday Sales, Cyber Mondays, Christmas etc.
- Oversees communication and aligns corporate guidelines e.g. updates/creates shipping/return/refund policies and user manuals publicized on website and keep them updated.
- Responds to the prospects’ queries on the website chat widget powered by Tidio.
- Responsible for continual and periodical delivery of product updates, informational videos, and special offers to the subscribed prospects/clients.
- Posting on Instagram, Maintaining Facebook pages and all Social Media.
- Replying and maintaining Google Reviews.
- Managing the Google My Business Account.
- New Products/Images - to be uploaded on the Google Pages.
- Assist in content creation by co-ordinating with video makers for explainer/demo videos on You-Tube/e-commerce websites etc.
- Assist in creation of promotional/marketing related content for our company.
- Ensuring both e-commerce sites are updated and accurate at all times.
- Gives management a birds eye view of all metrics including tangibility.
- Manage Reviews on Amazon, Google, own Websites etc in line with Company’s communication and business vision, to allow for better service and products.
- Develop and Send newsletters for ProAim.ca and Movri.ca and also strategize theme, products that are back in stock and highlight key products in the newsletter.
- Coordinates with our Advertising Agency to keep Google and Amazon Ads updated along with communicating budget restriction, and advising on content in line with company’s branding efforts

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**
- A diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications, or a related discipline will be an asset.
- A minimum of 1 year marketing experience is required.
- Skillful Communicator.
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, planning, and project management skills.
- Good presentation and facilitation skills.

Language Requirement: English language proficiency (written, spoken, listening, and reading) is a requirement.
