**ABOUT YOU**

Our next Marketing Coordinator will drive brand awareness, attract leads and drive business to heights. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will embrace innovation and inspiration to own Premier Landscaping marketing initiatives from content creation, digital marketing to branding. You have a can-do attitude, strive to stay ahead of the marketing curve, and take risks to shape our brand and presence as an industry-leading full-service landscaping provider.

**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Marketing & Brand Management**
- Contribute to Premier Landscaping’s business strategy by actively participating in strategic planning.
- Develop and implement effective marketing plans and strategies to achieve revenue, lead generation and client acquisition targets.
- Maintain and refine the brand strategy to deliver a consistent and engaging brand voice to audiences and clients across our marketing platforms.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify inventive marketing trends, stay informed with best practices, and identify new business opportunities.

**Content Management**
- Manage all content creation, delivering trendsetting, high-quality and engaging online and offline marketing materials.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to gather content and insights for marketing campaigns, where required.

**Digital Marketing**
- Regularly update and maintain the company website, including SEO optimization to improve search visibility.
- Oversee and manage social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, to engage with the community and showcase services.

**Traditional Marketing**
- Plan, organize, and oversee marketing events such as staff meetings, service launches, year-end events, and industry tradeshows.
- Create and maintain a corporate presentation to support the Sales Team in client meetings and pitches.

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, with expertise in digital and offline marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, InDesign, Canva, or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience in event planning (incentive trips, dealer events, trade shows).
- Strong project management skills, handling multiple initiatives effectively.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude, ready to oversee and execute events.
- Creative problem-solver with strong analytical abilities.
- Quick learner, adaptable, and detail oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a talent for building connections.
- Dependable, professional, and able to take direction while working independently.
- Efficient, organized, and committed to meeting deadlines.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
