You'll be central to crafting and executing our marketing strategies, ensuring our incredible brands (including **Hardbite**and **Poptastic**) don't just reach, but _connect_ with our audience. Prepare to be a driving force, igniting brand stories across digital channels, powering exciting product launches, and finessing all our key communications **Your Mission**: Brand & Marketing Execution: - Support overarching marketing strategy and planning efforts. - Execute day-to-day consumer-facing initiatives for our key brands, including Poptastic and Hardbite. - Contribute to maintaining strong brand identity and consistency across all touchpoints. Content & Digital: - Develop engaging marketing content, including writing compelling copy and coordinating visuals for various platforms. - Manage execution of social media activities, including content posting, community engagement, and performance reporting. - Maintain and update brand pages, product listings, and "where to buy" information on our website. - Capture and create high-quality photos and content for social media - Conduct research, initiate outreach, and help manage micro-influencer partnerships. Public Relations: - Assist with PR efforts by writing compelling press releases and coordinating their distribution. - Support media relations and outreach activities. Retail & Product Support: - Support messaging strategies for retail and trade marketing initiatives. - Assist with packaging updates, ensuring accurate copy, compelling visuals, and compliant claims. - Support product storytelling and messaging for new product development and innovation projects. Analytics & Reporting: - Prepare detailed performance reports for social media and website activities. - Reference market insights and point-of-sale (POS) analysis to inform digital messaging and campaign optimization. Events & Community Engagement: - support community events to enhance brand presence and engagement. Vendor Management: - Liaise directly with external content creators and other marketing vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. **What You Bring**: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on brand, consumer, or digital marketing. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to write engaging copy. - Graphic design skills an asset - Experience managing social media platforms (posting, engagement, basic reporting). - Familiarity with website content management systems. - A keen eye for visuals and content creation skills (e.g., photo and video capture for social). - Organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. - A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. **Good to Know**: - This position requires successful completion of a clear background check prior to start date. - This position will be 100% in office. - Required to represent the company at events on some weekends and evenings, as the job requires - Must have valid passport, future travel may be required within Canada and the United States - Starting wage is $50,000 - $60,000per annum. - Naturally Homegrown Foods champions diversity and is an equal opportunity employer.
