**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
**Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Define and deploy sourcing strategy for entire supply base of CoolIT.
- Deployment of effective Supply Chain tools across different functions.
- Manage all procurement activities related to New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
- Manage vendor performance through vendor evaluation process including follow up for non-conformance issues and monitoring their continual adherence to price, quality, delivery and service.
- Ownership and execution of Supplier Discovery, Supplier Onboarding and Supplier Selection for all NPI programs.
- Ownership of Material Supply Agreement (MSA) negotiations with critical suppliers.
- Ensure accuracy of costs and accounting codes through strong attention to detail.
- Negotiate with vendors the best possible price, quality, opportunity buys, lead times and terms & conditions from a short
- and long-term perspective.
- Seamless handover of procurement from Advanced Procurement to Sustaining Procurement.

**WHO YOU ARE**:
**Basic Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Operations Management
- Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Management or related fields of study
- Experience directly leading all aspects of Supply Chain
- Excellent understanding of multiple ERP systems, MRP/MPS
- Experience implementing LEAN tools and processes within Manufacturing
- Demonstrated understanding of industry regulations and client facing experience (both in an operational and relationship development capacity)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- P&L responsibility is a strong asset.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication (both written and spoken) and relationship-building skills. Must be able to engage and interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of finance.
- Demonstrated inspirational leadership and team management skills; including team development, recruitment, employee performance evaluation and improvement
- Effective analysis and presentation skills; ranging from monthly financial results, to Senior Management presentations, to Product Development presentations and programs.
