As a Foreman/Woman at CGV Group, you will lead and supervise construction crews on-site, ensuring efficient and effective execution of project tasks. Your role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating with subcontractors, and enforcing safety protocols. Your expertise in construction techniques and your ability to motivate and manage teams will be crucial in achieving project milestones and objectives. You will play a key role in promoting a collaborative and productive work environment while ensuring projects are completed on time and in conformance with contract documents.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work collaboratively under the guidance of the Site Superintendent to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring tasks are completed according to project plans and specifications.
- Lead and mentor construction crews, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and quality workmanship.
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, and resource allocations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality control standards and project specifications.
- Manage material and equipment deliveries, inventory, and usage to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients to address concerns and maintain positive relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a foreman/woman or similar supervisory role in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of construction methods, processes, and safety guidelines.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Exposure to construction work site environment in all seasons.
- Certification or degree in construction trades or relevant field is an asset.
