**Summary**
The individual will lead, coach and mentor staff to ensure that maintenance personnel are adhering to standard operating, safety procedures and company policies. They will also develop, implement, and maintain processes, procedures and programs to improve safety, productivity, and efficiency of the shop. The foreman will ensure the completion of repairs in a timely fashion.
**As a Shop Foreman, you will**
- Manage day to day operation of the shop (expenses, repair quality, safety and personnel)
- Lead, coach and mentor staff to ensure that personnel are adhering to standard operating, safety procedures and company policies
- Develop, implement and maintain processes, procedures and programs to improve safety, productivity, and efficiencies
- Maintain a clean and organized shop
- Ensure completion of repairs in a timely fashion
- Ensure fleet meets corporate appearance standards
- Diagnose and rectify faults
- Other duties as assigned

- New Liskeard, ON P0J 1P0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- road construction: 3 years (preferred)
- supervising/ mentoring staff: 3 years (preferred)
