Fast Track Indoor Karting is an Indoor Go-Kart / Family Entertainment facility located in the heart of Langley. Currently seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated people to join our Track Crew

**Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to**:

- Bring enthusiasm and positivity to the track. Greet our customers and assist them in understanding our pricing and specials.
- Maintain the track, pits and race environment ensuring a fun and safe time.
- Efficiently process customer information and respond to inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic manner. Defusing conflict and providing resolution.
- Maintain our facility cleanliness as per our standards.
- Ensuring track safety and compliance to racing rules and regulations. This may require you to remove racers from their activities.
- Assisting on the Track with monitoring races & working directly with the public.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience and mitigating any issues.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Have reliable transportation
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have exceptional customer service skills
- Math and currency aptitude
- Work well with other members of our staff
- Professional and courteous to our customers.
- Positive, outgoing attitude
- Prior customer service and supervisory experience
- Meet the physical demands of the job i.e.: push a go kart; stand for extended periods of time

Shifts available between - Mon-Sun 9:45am-12:15am.

**Summary**

As a Go Kart Track Marshal, you will be essential in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests at our facility. Reporting to the Track Manager, your core responsibilities will include supervising track activities, providing excellent customer service, and enforcing safety protocols. Your premium skills in public speaking and experience with children will enhance guest engagement and safety briefings. Additionally, your relevant skills in hospitality and working with the public will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, making you a vital part of our team dedicated to delivering thrilling and memorable racing experiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.40-$19.00 per hour
