Langley, Canada Fast Track Indoor Karting Full time

Summer is just around the corner We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk person to join our weekend team at Fast Track Indoor Karting.

**Duties & Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to**:

- Greeting our customers and assist them in understanding our products, pricing and specials.
- Maintaining a professional and upbeat attitude to foster a great racing experience
- Efficiently processing customer information, maintaining customers accounts and verifying waiver forms
- Ensuring all safety requirements are met by verifying racer heights and attire, and making sure all participants view the safety video
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the front reception areas including washrooms, party rooms, and staff areas
- Processing payments and accurately handling cash transactions and upholding cash handling policies
- Completing daily tasks as per the front end checklists

**Job Requirements**:

- Must be eligible to work in Canada & at least 16 years of age
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must have good communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude
- Must work well with other members of our staff
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, up to 8 hours per day.
- Bending, rotating, lifting, pulling and pushing required to clean, move stock, and assist in other duties
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and POS systems an asset with Math and currency aptitude
- Shift hours between 9am-midnight, some weekend availability is required
- First Aid Level 1 required for raises and advancement in the company

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
