**Job Summary**
As a Home Improvement Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a retail operation, ensuring its smooth functioning, sales expectations are being met, inventory is sufficient and staff is fully trained to assist yourself, and customers to the best of their ability to allow for success is all aspects.

**Duties**:

- Manage staff and delegate tasks effectively
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for the property
- Maintain inventory of stock, and supplies required to run the business.
- Ensure security measures are in place and functioning properly
- Manage customer relationships, and ensure that staff is offering superior knowledge and service.

**Experience**:

- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Demonstrated leadership skills in home improvement
- Basic math skills for financial management tasks
- Experience in store management or team management is crucial
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and cost management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
